Position: IT Service Desk
Industry: BPO industry
Salary:  Up to Php 30,000 package
Work Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
Work Arrangement: Work on site
Work schedule: Shifting 

Job Requirements:

✔ At least 1 year above of Service Desk experience (BPO preferred)
✔ Hardware/software troubleshooting skills
✔ Willing to work in shifting schedules
✔ Willing to work on site

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software support via calls, emails, chat, and portal.
• Accurately log and track service tickets following IT helpdesk policies.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, network, and software issues.
• Ensure compliance with SLA, TAT, and service metrics.
• Escalate unresolved issues as per the helpdesk framework.
• Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and customer updates.
