Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of products and services in the Services portfolio
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Maintain Customer-specific Profiles and Account Plans, ensuring customers can be assigned the correct levels of support and pricing whilst representing IT Services as a central point of contact for pre-sale and post-sale inquiries
  • Provide expert product and industry knowledge to find solutions to customer requirements
  • Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customer's business drivers and requirements
  • Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for clients collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective
  • Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience

Qualifications

  • Ideally with an IT Background, with previous experience within the IT B2B Industry as a Sales / Advertising/ Marketing / Accounts / Product Team Member
  • At least 5 years of relevant position working experience is required
  • A confident approach to Account Management and the development of key relationships at all levels in the customer
  • Excellent agility with organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Self-motivated with a flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the complex subject matter
  • Excellent numeracy skills with a sense of commercial acumen
  • The ability to solve problems and think logically and laterally to find solutions
  • Resilient in the face of setbacks and remain controlled when under pressure
