Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, including customer acquisitions and revenue growth.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, events, and more.
Create and maintain marketing collateral and digital content, ensuring it is up-to-date, consistent in brand voice, and effectively presented on the company website and other marketing channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead-generation campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, making recommendations for future optimization and growth.
Conduct regular research to stay up-to-date with current market trends, and implement effective tactics to remain competitive.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment (less experienced candidates we will consider for a junior role in Marketing)
Hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, paid social, and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of marketing technologies such as WordPress, Google Ads, MailChimp, Google Analytics, and CRM
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
